Response times
We aim to reply within 1–2 business days. Messages received over a weekend or public holiday are answered on the next business day. If your enquiry is about an existing order, please include your order number — it helps us find you faster.
Returns and refunds
Do not send anything back before contacting us; we will confirm the process and the correct return address. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy first — it explains what is covered and what to include in your message.
Shipping questions
